For fashion design students and applicants

Collections presented with editorial care, from the first mood board to the finished garment.

What a fashion portfolio has to do

A fashion portfolio has to show how a collection comes together: research and inspiration, illustration, fabric and material exploration, technical drawings, and the finished garments, photographed well.

Fashion is also visual culture. The pacing of your site, its typography, and your photography choices are all read as part of your point of view. That makes restraint and consistency as important as the work itself.

01What your site can hold

Built around your fashion work.

  • Collections as stories

Concept, research, development, and final looks, in order.

  • Mood boards and research

The references and ideas a collection grew from.

  • Fashion illustration

Design development sketches and finished illustrations.

  • Technical flats

Flats and construction details that show how garments are made.

  • Fabric and sampling

    Swatches, sampling, and material experiments.

  • Shoots and lookbooks

With credits for photographers, models, and stylists.

02 · Why custom design matters

How we present fashion work

A template decides the layout before it has seen your work. We design the other way round.

Editorial pacing
Full-bleed looks alternating with detail and process.
Portrait images, handled well
Tall fashion imagery that works on both desktop and phone.
Proper credits
Photographers, models, and stylists credited the way the industry expects.
Faithful color
Consistent color handling so fabrics read accurately.

03 · Before we start

What to prepare

  • Images of each collection, including final looks
  • Scans of illustrations and technical flats
  • Research pages and mood boards
  • Credits for photographers, models, and stylists
  • Your CV, including internships

Always follow each program's own submission requirements first. Your website complements them.

04 · How it works

Five steps, each approved by you

  1. Portfolio review
  2. Direction and structure
  3. Design
  4. Build and revisions
  5. Launch

We don't have fashion examples to show yet. Every site is designed from scratch, so the current examples show how we think about structure and color. Your site would be built around your work.
